Lane puts foot in mouth.....again....

A day or two after stating things are good at USC...his football get penalized for 2 years...Lane was so happy that with coaching changes and the NCAA investigation...they were able to get a #1 recruiting class and now what?

Think about it? Recruits who thought they might get a chance to play for Championships...will have to wait awhile....sad...sad

And to think...Lane hasn't even put his mark on the program yet....or was this his doing and Football Gods have caught up to him?

The SEC is happy he's gone....when will the PAC-10 say the same?

Griffey took his Bat...Glove and Ball and went Home...for good...

Ken Griffey Jr retired yesterday and I have to wonder if he is the last Pure (clean) Baseball player we will see?

His 600+ homeruns will be past but it would have been nice if it were by someone who didn't cheat...

I remember when he started playing for Seattle...they had a good team then...

He will be missed...at the plate...and roaming center field...
